Our study aimed to explore the unknowns regarding absolute and relative risks of future skin cancers in patients with actinic keratoses(AKs). We performed a retrospective cohort using de-identified, random sample 4,999,999 fee-for-service Medicare beneficiaries aged ≥65 years (2009-2018). included treated AKs and, as comparator group, benign lesion seborrheic keratosis(SK).
